  • Single axis motor board install

Hi I have a HD3 extended bed shark and when I tried to jog the Y AXIS it wouldn’t move. I called nextwave and they had me do a few things and then said I needed to exchange the Y axis motor board. I had one sent to me and was about to exchange it as the directions said, remove one screw and then remove the heat sink that holds all three motor boards. Remove the middle motor board by the two screws and pull it off, well it is connected to the other two motor boards. Has anyone else had to replace the Y AXIS or any of them, and were all three connected as one piece? Thanks.

You might have an older controller - can you send a picture of what you found?
