  • Zeroing Axis

I've just purchased an XL. On another machine I've used I was able to set the X & Y axis (lock those in), then move to the center of my project and set the Z height. I don't see a way to do that on the XL. I'm probably missing something, but the only option I see on the pendant is to set ALL the axis at once. Can anybody tell me if I can do it the other way? Set X&Y move the tool then set Z.

At the bottom should be a set all to 0 then you can move Z to where you want 0 to be and hit the box for Z, hit 0 and set.

Just to clarify, you can set each coordinate to anything you want. Opening the coordinate menu gives you more control on each.

Are you saying I must enter the location manually, or can I move the tool to any location? Thanks for your help.

Sorry, move the tool and set the location with the pendant.
